For close to a decade International Play Company has built a reputation for providing trendsetting FEC designs. Creating dynamic attractions with a blend of popular culture, regional mythos and industry experience has helped IPC customers to enjoy increasing revenues, as well as increasing demand for the project design and planning services in which IPC excels. IPC structures can now be found in most major European and North American cities, as well as major centers in the Middle East and Asia. Although the cultural differences are diverse, a common thread runs throughout, an emphasis on play, creativity and learning.
From day one, IPC wanted to provide designs that stood out from the crowd. Using a combination of careful site layout, variety of options and thematic elements IPC sought to provide just that, asking its biggest critics (kids) what they really liked and what they wanted to see in the structures IPC builds. IPC listened and worked very hard to hear that “WOW” from its end users, as a sign they were on the right track. The result of this effort is evident in the range and scale of projects that IPC builds each year, which number in the hundreds and are located in over 40 countries worldwide. As the market grows and evolves, IPC has made it a priority to research and respond to changing trends in popular culture and regional outlook. Changing technologies, new information and proprietary projects are all tools used in delivering new, exciting developments in the entertainment industry and IPC will continue to pursue the forefront of development and change.
IPC President Scott Forbes enthusiasm for the industry he has devoted the majority of his adult life to is contagious when asked about prospects for the future. “I can’t see any limits in this industry” he maintains, “The industry isn’t just about one faction of the population anymore, it’s about families and that includes children and adults of all ages.” “Everyone is looking for recreation, for fun, it’s a matter of providing what they want” “We can do this, we have the ability to provide something for everyone, our only limit is our own imaginations, the industry as a whole is evolving.”
